CoWorx Staffing has exciting new opportunities for Machine Operators in the Greater Waterbury area! In this role you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and general maintenance of production equipment as well as for ensuring the quality of products and materials. Job Requirements

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform routine visual inspection
  • Separate runners and remove flash from product
  • Ensure that material is suitably labeled to prevent mix-ups.
  • Place product in designated areas.
  • Fill out required production and product records as required.
  • Air blow finished product for loose material.
  • Segregate any rejected or on hold product from acceptable product.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to stand during shift
  • Communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Punctuality
