Responsibilities

We have a compelling opportunity for a Physical Security Specialist to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, Maryland. This position requires an active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Executes management of (re)accreditation for SCIF areas.
• Supervises maintenance of SCIF and applicable access control rosters, as well as access controls for DC3 facilities with minimal supervision.
• Performs facility alarm system and closed-circuit TV (CCTV) administration and support.
• Manages and administers access control methods and emergency response procedures.
• Ensures classified information is handled and discarded in accordance with DoD policy.

Qualifications

Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.

Experience with e-QIP, Scattered Castles, and DISS (Defense Information System for Security).

Experience with (re)accreditation processes.

Experience performing facility inspections to ensure physical security measures.

Excellent oral and written communications skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Federal and/or DoD security policies and procedures.

Detail oriented customer service professional.

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Colorado Salary Minimum: $46,571.20
Colorado Salary Maximum:$99,569.60
