· Role and Responsibilities

• Must be self-motivated with little oversight, be a problem solver and be able to work with others
• Manage and lead coworkers on the job(s) daily to success
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specifications and apply them to the project (structural, architectural, civil, plumbing and cut sheets)
• Communicate with contractor/job superintendents for scheduling as well as maintain internal schedule
• Have experience and confidence installing & understanding boilers, water heaters, tankless water heater, return lines, sewer/storm ejectors systems
• Proficiency working with cast iron, copper piping, PVC, CPVC, Pro-Press/Mega-Press
• Do as well as manage clean quality work, maintain a clean workspace, take pride in the work completed
• Know the current codes for plumbing for USACE, and COSA including graywater piping
• Must be able to apply construction hours to a project in comparison to the estimate
• Keep track of Materials and Labor for Time and Material Projects
• Maintain and repair general plumbing components
• Repair and replace domestic hot water system pumps, sump pumps, and sewage pumps.
• Promote a safe work environment
• Ability to use iPad and or iPhone
• Ability to use PRO-Core and Plan Grid
• Willing to work in the elements
• Must Hold a current State of Texas Journeyman's license
