As a Clinic – RN in the Neurology Department you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
• Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice — this includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols, and medication administration.
• Working collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

This is a 8-hour day shift position, Mon-Fri located in Torrey Pines, La Jolla.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

• ADN or Nursing Diploma
• One year RN experience

Required Certification/Registration:

• CA RN license
• American Heart Association BLS

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

• BSN
• Previous experience performing infusions
• One year outpatient RN experience
