Service Sales Representative – Outside B2B Sales – Mechanical Contractor – Base to $90k + Commission – Washington DC (Office in Chantilly, VA)
  • Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for a Service Sales Representative, to handle a territory out of Washington DC. Our client has been in business for over 20 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a rep in the Washington DC metro because they are looking to grow their service business. This is a remote position and will report to their branch in the Chantilly, VA. The DMV team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.   • In this position, the Service Sales Rep will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers. The Service Sales Rep will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base ranging from $65-90K and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another $10-20K in the first year and put you into the six figure range in 2-3 years. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
