About the job Head of Product (Health Tech)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the prominent Health Tech companies that is looking for Head of Product position. 



Job Description:

● Lead, motivate and grow teams of product leaders that owns roadmaps for a portfolio of healthcare products, in collaboration with business, tech, and cross-functional stakeholders

● Be our product evangelist, establishing ways to communicate product progress, product vision and latest developments to stakeholders across the leadership

● Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders especially with design & tech across the organization to drive forward successful product scoping, delivery, optimization and end to end customer experience

● Lead the set-up of product best practice across the organisation; define and track product metrics to guide product priorities across the product portfolio; setting up the metrics framework and approach to apply across our product portfolio

● Shape long term product vision, scope, and product strategy by driving key analysis and research; maintain a deep competitive awareness; and think big to identify new opportunities worthy of investment

Requirements:

● Experience working in tech start up and at least 7 years in product management

● Expertise in leading Product strategy and delivering high quality digital products in accelerated timescales, leading as a both Coach and player when appropriate.

● Experience of managing complex product portfolios, multiple products and cross-functional teams, towards flawless execution against product strategy and roadmaps

● Outcome-oriented. Able to articulate the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it

● A career built on analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels particularly on product strategy and product execution

● Built collaborative, empathetic, and low-hierarchy organizations

● Experience in managing a remote team across multiple countries is a plus

● Ability to hire and grow high-performing product management teams

● Likely to hold an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant space
