  • Develop and Maintain a proper Risk Management Framework
  • Ensure the Risk Management Framework fits with the purpose and align with the company's goal
  • Responsible in maintaining the Governance Risk & Compliance
  • Build on a strong risk culture within the organisation
  • Provide active coaching, guidance and support throughout the organisation to effectively implement the Risk Management Framework
  • Conduct, identify and provide report on key risks and emerging risks arising from the business units or through strategic risk assessments
  • Be the liaison and point of contact with the regulators
Competitive RemunerationReputable Company
  • 10+ years' experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services sector, banking & fin-tech in particular
  • Bachelor of Business, Law or Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Significant experience conducting risk assessments within multiple categories of risks e.g. operational, investment, governance, strategic, enterprises
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary risk management models,
  • Proven history of building and maintaining strong relationships and using strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain credibility to build, lead and manage the risk framework
  • Proven professional ethics and integrity
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
