Description

Our client, a growing Contracting Firm located in Central NJ, is looking for an Electrical Estimator.
The Estimator will be responsible for estimation of the cost of Scheduled Operations, generating accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), receiving materials and computing cost estimates for projects involving Residential Developments. The Electrical Estimator will also be responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy, generating monthly reports and maintaining a knowledge of all current operating procedures.
Requirements:
— Direct experience as an Estimator within the Electrical Industry
— Experience in Residential Developments
— Strong ability to read blueprints and building plans as well as electrical drawings
— Ability to Review Invoices for Accuracy, Identify Potential Problems, Verify Materials and Raise Requests as Appropriate
— Proven Project Management Skills
— Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
— Ability to Utilize Software Solutions for Estimating, BOMs etc.
