• Receive and process samples to identify suitability.
• Prepare samples for testing using various types of laboratory equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Label specimens accurately and distribute them to the appropriate department.
• Perform quality control.
• Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies.
• Conducts laboratory support functions such as stocking and distributing supplies and equipment;
• Arranging and dismantling apparatus; and collecting, washing, and storing glassware.
• Performs technical and record keeping duties in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
• Performs technical procedures in one or more of the following areas: Production, Research and Development, Quality Control/Assurance, and/or Compliance/Environmental. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A basic school certificate. • Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
