Responsibilities: The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for operating a multi-line telephone system including screening and directing phone calls, greeting, directing and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom, and performing various clerical and other office support duties as they are assigned.

Requirements: Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years or older. Exceptional customer service, professional presentation and communication skills required. Previous customer service, clerical and multi-line phone experience strongly preferred.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday-Saturday.
