KabaFusion is a home infusion company with 21 pharmacies and 24 nursing locations with the ability to service 40+ states. While we are known for our expertise in IVIg and SCIg, we also provide acute infusion and nutritional services to patients in the comfort of their homes. However, where KabaFusion truly excels, is in its approach to patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

Our home infusion nurses play an integral role in this process, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and intake representatives across the continuum of care to ensure that these infusion therapies can be safely and effectively administered in the home setting. No OASIS documentation, all our RNs have iPads and document electronically in our myKabaFusion app.

As a Home Infusion RN, you will…
  • Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
  • Receive company reimbursement to obtain or renew your CRNI or IgCN certifications

What we are looking for:
  • Registered Nurse with license in good standing
  • Minimum 1-year infusion and/or home health experience
  • Excellent IV start skills
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current state Driver's License and auto insurance
