Description

The Social Media role provides a timely, personal responses & resolutions as well as memorable proactive interactions to our Bobobox community over their platform of choice over social. As a Social Media Specialist, you tackle each day difficult tasks, many of which require you to make creative judgment calls or recommendations. You operate independently and prioritize your work based on what you know is most important.

You support your teammates by completing assigned tasks on time and communicating about your workload with colleagues and your Manager. You work closely with your Marketing team members and report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the planning for social media pertaining to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube and making sure the strategy's alignment with the business goals of the company at large;

Effectively provide engaging customer service on selected Social Media within set SLAs and KPIs as discussed and approved with Marketing Manager;

Discuss constantly with Marketing Manager: SLAs & KPIs; strive to stretch goals;

Assist in engagement on an as-needed basis

Pinpoint trends and be able to recommend improvements to workflows/product and the day-to-day operations in general

Set specific weekly, monthly objectives and create a report on social media's performance;

Continually evaluate B2C social media trends to make sure we're using appropriate strategies, channels, and tools;

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, video, and news);

Analyze competitor's social media strategies;

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and content)

Create and implement some active campaigns to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Manage communications and build relationships with KOLs for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions

Inform of customer deals or promotions through social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc)

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor degree from English literature, Commerce, Management, or related

Proven Experience as social media specialist /Social media Analyst

Familiarity with Social Media Tools

Proven ability to making Digital Plan Board for execute Campaign

Experience using Social Media Analyst Tools (Example Socialbakers,Iconosquare, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics etc)

Challenger working in Startup (VUCA) Environment

Excellent communication skills
