Job Responsibilities * Finding and determining litigation step against the issue and ensure the appropriate steps and actions are established to address the existing issues,
  • Reviewing the Response Letter, Statement Letter that will be addressed to the Customer and also the Regulator,
  • Accompany DBSI Employees to provide information/ witnesses testimony related to cases both at the Police, the Prosecutor's Office and all Courts throughout Indonesia,,
  • Providing legal opinions regarding the case facing CBG,
  • Providing the views and opinions of lawyers' recommendations in the Legal Panel for the handling of CBG cases,
  • Reporting all litigation cases entered in CBG to Legal every month,
  • Coordinating with lawyers who have been appointed to handle cases that occur in CBG,
  • Monitor all the work of lawyers who have been appointed to handle cases that occur in CBG.
  • Maintain and always enforce and ensure all regulations that have been made regarding Operational Risk, and Fraud Risk are always implemented,
  • Ensuring budgeting of all case handling,
  • Assisting CBG staff/officials to meet customers accompanied by lawyers in resolving problems at CBG,
  • Build good relations with all legal officials in this case the police (Police officer).
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years working experience in the same related field
  • Having experience in banking and financial industry
  • Experience in Litigation
  • Have an Advocate License from Peradi
  • Experience in Operational Risk Management would be an advantage
  • Good motivational Skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal English.
  • Sound understanding of key principles
  • application of Operational Risk Management
  • of sales/service & leadership including motivational & interpersonal skills & problem solving
