As a Community Specialist, you will:
  • Develop an online and offline event strategy to increase the branding and reach of Zipmex Indonesia in several cities in Indonesia.
  • Prepare content for community activities and discussions on a regular basis and according to the planned activity timeline.
  • Prepare reports after activities.
  • Actively compiling content for online learning media for all members of the Zipmex Indonesia community.
  • Manage WhatsApp or Telegram groups for communication with community members in each city.
  • Actively reply to chats and help solve problems faced by community members.
  • Synergies with other divisions for event development, problem solving, and community program development for the future.
  • Build positive communication with all community members both online and offline.
  • Providing all the promotional needs of online and offline activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of community development.
  • Know digital assets or have invested in digital assets before.
  • Have experience carrying out comprehensive and complex offline and online events.
  • Have experience developing content (curriculum) for community development.
  • Able to process data for research needs or content development (curriculum) in the community.
  • Polite, patient and punctual.
  • Able to maintain the good name of the company in the community.
  • Able to represent Zipmex Indonesia well in community activities.
