Product Marketing Manager will develop and maintain product marketing strategies to meet business objectives for Electrification Business (PG4178 Power Protection – PCS solutions). Manage, plan and actively execute all marketing and promotional activities, and support local Sales/FES organization in driving sales and services of your PGâ€

Your responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient product marketing communication to Sales/FES sales teams and customers.
- Defining and communicating the value proposition of the product to sales teams and customers.
- Coordinating market analyses with Sales/FES team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans.
- Collaborating with Sales/FES organization to define growth targets.
- Executing and developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with BU strategy.
- Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
- Overseeing global sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials, training, and guidance to Sales/FES team(s).
- Graduate of Engineering (Electrical or Electronics) with minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position/business. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in a related industry
- Deep knowledge and understanding to the electrical engineering industry.
- Estimating and tendering experience (SAP & MS Excel based system)
- Computer literacy and competent in using SAP (preferable), MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project are essential
- Good communication skills and assertive business acumen.
- Advanced technical knowledge and commercial aspects of business.
- Experience in financial reporting, and will be comfortable tracking costs.
