Great Plains Communications is growing! We are looking for a positive, organized, and high-energy Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us grow!

As our corporate Recruiter, you will develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process; from posting jobs and screening applicants to engaging new hires and conducting orientation. This position will work from our Blair, Nebraska headquarters or our Sunman, Indiana office, with some travel between locations and for career fairs required. Part-time telecommuting is available.

Successful candidates must have experience working with all levels of management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent project management skills. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field plus three or more years of experience is preferred.
