Job Description
  • Update and report to Teacher Development Lead for developments regarding teacher development process
  • Assist the creation of teacher development contents and teacher training execution
  • Help Teacher Development Lead in managing Kakak Asuh system
  • Collaborate with business operations team to optimize Kalananti teacher's community effectiveness
  • Attend weekly company and division meetings
  • Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
  • Strong interest in the education field
  • Basic knowledge in the field of teacher training
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast manner
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Have good command of passive English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
  • Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
