As a Clerical Assistant, the job provides a wide range of administrative duties and services, reporting to the Project Manager. – Coordinate, prioritize, and track the flow and distribution of electronic information. – Assist Project Manager with data entry and paperwork – Assist Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned projects; from initiation to completion – Ensure work order tasks and purchase orders are completed and uploaded in a timely manner – Support and manage outstanding receivables Japan Marketing Office (JMO) is a consulting firm dedicated to support both North American technology firms working in the Japanese market and Japanese high-tech firms seeking for advanced technologies from the world.
