Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

Responsibilities:
-Handling end to end data center category procurement business from site survey, design, data center construction, maintenance, auxiliary, including supplier qualification, supplier selection, supplier management, contract, and procurement fulfillment monitoring.

-Developing the category strategy by implementing the best TCO solutions for data center projects

-Improving sustainable development strategy with the suppliers in data center category to obtain competitive procurement elements

-Maintaining the cost benchmark for data center category

-Monitoring by doing in-depth analysis on the requests to create suitable cost model

-Handling supplier management performance by doing the portfolio evaluation
Requirements

-Bachelor degree

-8+ years working in ICT company is preferred

-Experienced for 4+ years in managing data center category

-Knowledge on data center market information, local data center provider, data center facility/Infra

-Knowledge on Electrical – Engineering such as Schneider/Siemens/ABB

-Knowledge on HVAC – Engineering such as Johnson Control (York) / Daikin

-Knowledge on procurement of data center bidding proposal, and total cost ownership (TCO) analysis

-No procurement experience also OK

-Willing to handle procurement field in any category within ICT field
Benefits
