The GrabKios team is an established team responsible for empowering entrepreneurship and enabling the supply chain of digital goods in Indonesia. We make an impact by helping our merchants, drivers, and agents to get additional means of income through Kios and by enabling a supply chain to do so. Our team is made up of smart and driven engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts. Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of the problem spaces in GrabKios. We believe a successful candidate has the ability to lead a working team to discover and solve our users’ problems, and to create strategy and product roadmap accordingly. But if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we believe one additional product manager will help us focus on solving our day-to-day problems more effectively. In return, you will get an opportunity to grow as a product manager enabled by resources of grab global while creating social impact in small and medium sized entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

You drive the problem discovery process on your problem space with the working group

You will be assisted in creating product strategy and product roadmap based on targeted outcome

You will be working closely with business owners to achieve business objectives

You are responsible for the day-to-day issues that might arise on your product

You use data to understand problems and communicate impact

You are expected to have a frequent interactions with GrabKios users (might do occasional domestic travel)

The Must-Haves:

You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility

You have high curiosity and great attention to detail

You are experienced with product development lifecycle

You can create and execute product roadmap

You showcase first principle thinking when handling ambiguous problems

You can build pleasant and sustainable relationships with the team to solve problems in the long-term

The Nice-to-Haves:

You have experience with digital goods industry

Experienced in marketing and business would be an advantage
