About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain service related subsidiaries of holding corporation and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in August 2011. The company’s main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation.

Resources:
Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Responsibilities:

-Formulate the companys annual human resources planning and administration work plan according to the company development strategy planning and annual business plan
-Establish, complete, and implement the human resources and administrative management system of the company
-Responsible for the companys brand management and enterprise culture propaganda work
-Responsible for organizing the all kinds of administrative, logistics affairs, external approach work
-Complete tasks assigned by the leader

Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above, human resources or psychology related majors

-Having 2+ years in leading HR or People Department

-Having experiences working in Chinese employer is a plus

-Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language
